No, it's a rebadged and slightly stronger version of extra gloss protection (sealant)

You can get it on fleabay or via a trader who deals with AG


To be honest, you'll get no more protection that using jetseal or menzerna full molecular jacket and they are cheaper. Just make sure the prep work prior to application is bang on and watch the muck slide off
