FBH starts even when warm outside

Hello,
Recently I have fitted a winch to MY16 disco 4 and after that operation everything works fine except FBH starts running when the engine is warm and the temperature outside is well over 10C. I can also smell the fumes in the cabin :/

The car battery was disconnected when I was fitting the winch.
Do You have maybe any hints what to check?

I already did. I just thought maybe somebody was going through that and has a quick hint before getting diagnostics tool and starting to look for a fault.

Exhaust fumes inside the car is a high danger issue due to carbon monoxide poisoning, at the very least keep a window open until you have sorted it. Thumbs Up
Check coolant and oil temperature sender wires have not come off or loose.
I can’t see how fitting a winch can cause fumes from the fbh to enter the cabin, are you sure they are coming from the fbh and not the exhaust?- cross over pipe maybe!
Have a read of this to see how the coolant temp sender can effect starting, one can only guess what a poor connection or broken wire can do, i.e. make the ecu think it is below 5c when it is 20c.

 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
