Incorrect song occasionally showing on the screen to what is
Folks, I know this is a really minor point but I occasionally get the incorrect song being displayed on my 2013 Disco4 when I have the cable plugged into my iphone 6. The phone is playing the song it displays and obviously it comes out the car speakers but the car displays a different song to the one being played.
Bluetooth is fine.
Anyone else have this issue?
Thanks

I had the opposite! Seemed fine when plugged in via cable, but had exactly the same fault as you when playing over Bluetooth!D4 MY14 XXV - RLD/IID BT

Yes my 2013 is exactly the same. No Idea how to cure it other than unplugging the phone and restarting the app.
I have this issue I think.
If the track is in the cloud, the name shows as it is available when On line, but the next track actually on my phone or iPad will be playing.
I believe there is a setting on the device to play music only on this device. I hope that helps2015 D4 HSE Luxury black

That could be something to do with it. I have fairly recently subscribed to streamed Apple Music.

I have this sometimes and it has happened over bluetooth and cable. It has also happened when playing songs that are not in the cloud. I found that once I had forwarded to the next track and then back it cured itself. Also cured if you restart the music app or turn the engine off then on again. It happens very rarely though so not an issue I have looked into. Think it just gets confused about the data it has stored. I also get 'iPod not connected' error now and again when on the cable and I have to unplug it and plug back in again. Seems regular computer behaviour to me!!Discovery 4 Landmark ‘16
