DT,
My plan is to get 20 to BD by the w/e. Depending on what the reception is like at the LROC expo, I may order more looms (probably 100) straight away but I will still have a couple in reserve even after I send him the next lot. I'm not sending more than 20 at a time in case they get lost in transit.

I've tried to contact BD to order one & their online link doesn't work
I phoned & the guy there couldn't tell me a thing, price or availability.
He said someone would call or email back. Nothing so far.
I'd suggest you use more retailers or set up to do it yourself, or my
company can do it for you.
I can't believe some companies. They must make their money very easily.
Can you supply to forum members?
I don't particularly want discount, I just want service & the product.
Cheers, AlIt's not the weight of it but the slippery hold I've got.

The 1st box of 20 kits were sent off today and is expected to arrive at BD quite late tomorrow a/n. I'll let him know tomorrow morning that they're on their way.
If there are problems getting kits from BD then I'll find out why and if needed, I'll handle forum sales myself. I have the option of supplying other outlets too but want to give BD a fair run first.
I'd like some confirmation of proper operation from these before sending BD any more just in case I've stuffed-up the final plug, although the 1st one worked properly in my vehicle yesterday once I refitted an adjacent ecu connector that had been partially dislodged. All modules and switches are bench-tested but I don't currently have any method of checking the loom other than visually. I probably should chop-up a set of looms to make a test jig, perhaps utilising the trial loom when it returns.

Thanks Rich. I assemble with a colour chart in front of me and the sensor wires are colour-paired (eg green, green & white) for an extra visual check so all should be OK.

Thanks Rich. The LED pointing forwards seems appropriate for that position with very handy access to the switch I should think. Left will be -20mm and right will be +30mm then +50mm. Now all you need is the rest of the kit!

Hi Rich,
You didn't waste any time updating your list of goodies!
People might want to discard the cover from the loop-back plug then coat the internals with hot glue or similar for protection. Being a lot smaller it wont occupy so much storage space. The cover only added cents to the cost yet is a lot quicker for me to fit than hot glue. I keep my plug in the D4's coin drawer.

Noticed eh Graeme!
I've fitted the kit today, works fine after an initial glitch.
Note to all self installers - if at first you get Suspension faults: double check the connections.
The loom connections are not that easy to get too or see so be thorough in you checks.
If still you have faults, take loom out ( easy) reconnect to standard, start car to check faults have gone.
Then reconnect the loom after checking pins are correctly seated in the looms, make sure the connectors are pushed fully home.
Many many thanks to Graeme for his support on my install.
Bruce Davis at Davis Performance Landies is happy to supply only or supply and install if you wish.
Time to get it out on the road and off road to test!
BTW what does LLAMS stand for?2014 SDV6 HSE White, LLAMS Height Controller, Tinted Glass, Tuff Ant Sliders and 18" steel wheels, Safari Snorkel, Rhino Rack Platform, ARB Air Compressor, Custom Drawer and storage unit -http://www.box.com/s/jem0ilac3cner2mexq64 UHF CB, 4x4 Intellegence RWC, 120ltr Long range tank, Rock Sliders and Compressor protection plate Beanie grill, De Tango.

Not a good start, but last night I found an improperly assembled connector on 4 out of the remaining 30 looms. The locking cap on the female grey connector was not quite seated properly in the shell due to 1 pin's locking tab not correctly in place. This has the potential to allow the pin to be partially pushed back during fitment or to prevent the connector from being pushed fully home. They were fixed using a small screw-driver but the others need to be checked.
Update: ALL remaining kits will be checked that the connector is OK.
