| anyone using Total 10W30 semi synth oil in their D3 V8's |

a reputable LR Indie shop told me that Total 10W30 semi synth oil for California weather was the best for LR's with the Jag V8's 4.4 & 5.0.
I have never used it.

I've switched to Royal Purple 5w30 HPS and use their filters with it. The car is quieter. Interestingly, not that it the information is useful, the RP filters are larger and heavier than the LR ones. The RP filters are good for 10k miles as is the oil. PAGODA

I am using full Syn Total in my TDv6 08 great no issues
