Have done a search on here for this type of fault but saw nothing with regards a D4. Issue is a few times now whilst putting it in access mode I get the yellow warning light up on the dash and I cannot raise or lower the car and that special programs are not available ? Very weird if I switch the car off and restart it all works fine as normal ? Will need codes read which means I will need to take it to the dealer ! just wondered if anyone on here has saw similar ?

I've just had the same problem and it was down to the compressor. luckily it was replaced under warranty.
A good guess is that it will be the compressor and If yours is out of warranty, it might be a good idea to found out what part is to fault on the compressor rather than replace the whole thing. They are quite simple repair, the hardest thing is trying to astatine which part is to fault. The common fault is the dryer cap that splits between the two inlets. Have a look on YouTube, there is loads of info about dryer caps and how to rebuild compressors.
I hope this is of help. 2010 RR 5.0 Autobiography

Going to phone up the dealer tomorrow , it has the LR used car warranty so should be covered . It's gettin worse now anyway . Selecting access height throws the error up. Clears once you switch in the ignition off. Forgot my details today so could not phone from work and was too late tonight . So first thing tomorrow or pop in on way home .

You'll probably find that by going through LR assist you'll get fast tracked through the dealer

Ok Mr AA guy came out today and plugged in the black box. It's returning two error codes,C1A13 and C1A20 pressure sensor signal basically a faulty valve . He's did mention Hitachi compressors being an issue and they were being replaced by AMK but on another note my car should have had software update as it's outstanding. Disappointed in that I have already been in touch before about recalls on the car and this should of at least been done at the dealership prior to me picking it up in June. Anyway booked in for next Wednesday now and Disco Mickey certainly gets his name around lol as he came highly recommend for a fix

Always nice to know
In the last 2 years, I have had cars to me from all over the UK. Had someone drive up from Kent for a long weekend and a set of timing belts, and another from Guernsey just today. Even had them from as far afield as Belgium and Sweden
As an aside, as I am VAT registered, I am able to carry out LR approved warranty work
But I would have struggled to have it done by next Wednesday... My D3 Build Thread
