This will probably cause a lot of debate, but.......
Should he, and anyone who gets convicted of certain types of dangerous driving, ESPECIALLY where there is death involved, be banned from driving permanently?
I'm inclined to think yes, especially where death is involved. That should make it easier for insurance companies to reduce costs....
Short bans aren't worth the paper they are printed on, especially as the ban will start from the court date, in this case the four months he is in prison for will come off the ban time when released....2016 Discovery 4 Commercial
