If you mean that the warning was not there before using the IID tool, then you have changed a setting using the IID tool that should not have been changed causing the warning shown in your photos.
If you have successfully cleared the warning then I would leave it at that, if not then you should try resetting any changes you made with the IID tool.
IID tool needs to used very carefully or you can cause a lot of damage.David

Whit the IIDTool I only read the faults and some live values.
Just for your knowledge I'm (I was) an Engines Designer and Developer but the D4 technology is quite new for me (It's my first D4), so, at 85% I know what the CCF mods mean .....
But you know that the experience on a particolar model is the most important knowledge base.
The only recently mods done is the new gearbox SW from GAP for the Flappy Paddles activation 1,5 months ago, but this DTC is appeared only 3 days ago for the first time.
I checked often the presence of DTCs but this one is the first time that appear and, after I've deleted it, for the moment, it is no longer resubmitted.
No warning light from the car, all is running fine.
Mine is more curiosity that concern....at least until the car will go into protection or limp mode.
I also wanted to know if someone has had the same thing happened and if he performed some tricks to solve, or if it could be caused by a bad press the brake pedal, a battery voltage drop, ....
As I ask for know if the "not supported" message on gearbox lever position on "IIDTool live values reading mode" is quite normal or not (I also sent an email to Patrick of GAP).
