It's the splice where 3 wires Join for central locking, if both keys stop working it's usually this that has corroded up

I had my aircon condenser out when I had to change the main radiator (my mistake by clobbering the rad by accident when changing the alternator). The bottom rail came off the condenser as well - but it didn't look to be part of the 'pressure bearing' bit of it - i.e no connection between the left and right side of the condenser through the rail that came off. I gave it a close look over and there were no holes on either side of the condenser that would indicate the bottom rail had come away fromit. It sounds odd, but I wonder if the pressure bearing bit of it is from the second rail and upward; in fact I had my aircon regassed a couple of months later without issue.
