Hi, worth checking the connectors are refitted on the back of the transfer box.
When the clutch was done was the transfer box removed from the gearbox?

Check the plugs on the TC are correctly located (P0715-00 input shaft speed sensor circuit!)
Then, if it has not already been done recalibrate the TC clutch with you GAP.
Main menu> Calibration> Transfer Case> then follow guided instruction.
See how that goes. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

not 100% sure if they separated them on installation

Easier to separate transfer box from Gearbox when you are maneuvering the Gearbox input shaft into the clutch.. Possible the sensor was disturbed when doing this.

The speed sensor in on the left side of the gearbox, just forward of where the gearbox joins with the transfer case, but check all the connectors are installed correctly. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

I'll give the calibration a go with iid tool and then check the sensor , does the ignition need to be in position 2 when calibrating the TC clutch

Check the connections first, then recalibrate. It's not likely to be related to your fault but it should have been done if the TC was removed or the clutch was slipping. There's no point attempting a calibration if there remains a sensor/connection fault, so check that first then clear the fault code before proceeding.
For TC recalibration, ign off and gearbox in neutral, press and hold down the brake pedal and then follow the on screen instructions in GAP yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Hi guys the problem was the plug had come off the sensor as it hadn't been locked in via the little red tag ! thank you both for your help and guidance 🙏😊
