Horn just went off and stayed on

Yesterday the horn just went off constantly on my disc 3. 2005 , as if someone just kept their finger on it , I unlocked the car but still going off , started the engine still going off , I disconnect both horns . Then side lights came on , so I pulled the 10a fuse out to the horns , then side lights went off , on investigating a little further I noticed that the horn buttons now started working my radio which just turned the volume right down only , then the radio wouldn't do anything after that , so turned ignition off waited 5 mins , turned ignition back on , I could control radio by touching the radio it self, but as soon as I pushed the horn but again it would turn the radio down , then after that I couldn't turn the radio up manually , or change station . I switch off ignition again waited and turned back on , the buttons for volume control on steering wheel work the radio fine it's only when I push the horn button it either turns the volume down or changes the channel , the fuse is still out off the horns , and if I don't touch the horn everything works fine including the lights and the rest off the car ? Can you shed some light on this please
