I check new posts between 10-20 times a day, it's an autonomic function now. I do it on the phone without realising. Especially in boring meetings D4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten

This forum is more like a local pub for me - sometime I just pop in for a quick-half & catch up on the days events, other times I'll hang around longer have a bit of a chat & feel like I've spent an evening with an expert in one field or another.
Great thing is no hangover the next morning
