That's the one they duped me into by saying they could reduce my monthly payment, I didn't know even know I had taken a new contract out until I checked my bank statement and they had taken £160 out and then refused to re-emburse me for anything that happened more than 4 weeks earlier It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Communication is their business, not their policy!!!
I work in the telecoms industry and I have worked across all UK networks, they're all just as bad as each other, want all the work doing for next to no money and nothing is their fault.
Only with the recent swing over to 4G (LTE) are all the networks getting essential hardware upgrades that should have been done years ago, however all done on a budget again!!! De-Tango

EGRs blanked
Running boards

Tried to push EE for a similar deal to Moo. £18 they want from me which is the same as anyone can get.
Told them I would be off and the guy just apologised and accepted
Been with them since they started as orange but that clearly means diddly squat these days

Think I need to ask for pack code
The guy I spoke to apparently in retentions wasn't interested in anyone else's deal.
Maybe social medya is the way to go!!!

Moo wrote:I'm on EE. I've found the service brilliant. I also have a great package: Unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 6gb data all for £7 per month on a 12 month contract.
I think EE have a fair usage policy about 40GB. My son is on 3 and they ended his £10pm unlimited data deal - he was using over 100GB per month We agreed to pay £22pm in the end; still good value as he can tether 40GB of it. DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone
