Hi Steve,
Although I did not personally need it, I continue to be impressed whenever I receive my deliveries from AF. The reason I am impressed this time, was on receipt of my latest box of bits which included 2 new Timken Hubs, there was this little note on the receipt next to the hubs advising me the customer of the new updated Torque setting for the hub nut.
Again the thought that goes into your customer service model to make your customers lives easier is outstanding! This little touch did not have to be added to the paperwork, but you have done and it will definitely help so many people from making the error of using the wrong setting

It is just a shame the Defender section is not as full of lovely parts to buy, but then again - I'd be skint

I will be sorting the Defender section next, just a few thousand things to research and list properly rather than upload a supplier catalogue like so many do!
