I believe you have to hold the eject button on the player under the passenger seat for several seconds for it to eject, long time since I did it.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

You have slid the lock button across, haven't you...? (sorry, gotta ask!)

Thumbs Up

Try re-seating the three connectors on the back...

Sorry - that's me done! Hope you get to the bottom of it...

Currently massively frustrated with my sat nav unit - can't get the damn thing to read DVDs despite fitting a brand new DVD-ROM drive!

Does it sound like it's trying to eject?

I had a problem with my old unit. When it tried to eject the disc, it pushed it up and forward and the leading edge of the disc was just catching the top inside lip of the slot and jamming there. After a moment it just pulled back.

I solved it by getting a bit of thin card, business card/post card, inserting a corner of it into the slot pointing it upwards. As the disc then moved up it slid out on the underside of the card and couldn't jam against the lip.

Hope that makes sense, it worked for me.
