Send a PM to Beanie, he's in Stafford but I'm sure you could meet up.
He's probably your nearest member who can do the update for you.
Beanie can be contacted here: http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/member-beanie.html
You need to make 3 posts before you can PM.
Answer this thread twice and PM him. Mods:

Meet up with Beanie and ask him all your questions, like many LR owners, he'll try to help / advise.
Alternately, search the forum for your answers, you'll be amazed what a vast collection of knowledge is available here.Mods:

Will take some tomorrow, I have a switch which I'm told was for the sirens but these have been removed. The front and rear light switches are on the column.
New to all of this

They look like DVD players / monitors, what is the brand on them? Have you tried googling to see what they are?
Where is the third one located?
I imagine you would need some 12v input to them if they've been disconnected and then a video source if they are just monitors. Do they have anywhere to insert a memory card?

Screens
I have googled it says they are monitors, there is a Ethernet cable in the rear cubby hole and a power lead all disconnected. Under the bonnet is a huge fuse holder but did not want to power up without someone checking it out first.
All the wiring is still there to the lights.
