Just renewed my insurance with A-Plan and they came out cheaper than all the others on comparison site
Plus the cover is superior. Happy with that.

I'm looking to get almost immediate cover on an additional car and a renewal quote for my 3 existing vehicles:-
Discovery 4
MGB GT V8 - Modified, agreed value
MGA Roadster - Modified, Agreed value
I'm also seeking quotes for house (parts 300 + years old) & contents on renewal in June next year, and travel from March next year - I'm 77 Y.O.
Can A-Plan handle all of this & will I get Specialist Discount on all policies
Should I apply to Thatcham to ensure you get the club discounts or should I deal with the local branch in Chichester.
NJSS Am I Gammon or Woke ? - I neither know nor care.

Thatcham did a brilliant job on our two D4's this year (weren't competitive last year compared to IAM Surety) however the specialist Aplan office in Farnham couldn't beat the NFU for my 700+ year old thatched cob house. .

Yes we can handle all 3 as we are the specialist branch for 4x4, modified and all things wonderful  we also do multi policies.

Amazing.
Just insured my brothers Land Rover 101 (Classic Authentic Army) for full off-road use and an excess of only £150 for very little monies.
Dealt with Chris - super straightforward - very nice chap "Track day running - Don't put your foot back on the accelerator until your absolutely sure you don't have to take it off again"
Current Ride: D4 XS Commercial Baltic Blue SDV6 fully loaded with heated everything 
Track Days: BMW E36 M3 Evolution MY 1996 (3.2 Litre 377 BHP sat in 1,250 Kgs of car, with a pro safety cage and some serious braking power)

Couple of changes in pricing since that original post from Clare but if you are up for renewal with any other branch that isn't Thatcham and want forum discounts, offroad 4x4 specialist cover or modified insurance you will need to ask to move across or have us look at it.

Hi Moo
We don't do Gap / RTI insurance I'm afraid. We do have an add on called Total Loss Plus which increases the market value payout which can be added to a car insurance policy with us, but actual gap insurance we don't offer.
