Looks like a good move!A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

Did the neighbours actually lodge an official complaint or have you decided to make the move before anyone starts to fall out?
The latter
As well as tidying up the front garden, back garden, being able to move and find things in the shed, and not having the wife nagging about 3 sets of wheels on the decking. There has been a broken gearbox and transfer box waiting to be returned for a surcharge for 8 months, sat by the front door
The only downside is the costs involved. There goes my D4 My D3 Build Thread

Looking good Mikey, there's something warm inside having your own business premises to operate from.
Wifey will be happier having the nest back and you will relax easier at home without the reminder of jobs to be done as you trip over them.
Well done mate Dave

Good luck with the new workshop and the new baby! They're both expensive commitments but in my experience the workshop will start to pay it's way sooner
