Second 'Bong' on start up
Hi,
I don't know if this has been discussed before but its a bit of an odd one!!
Recently (in the last week or so) when starting the Disco in the mornings the car makes a second bong after I start the engine... and before you ask, Yes I do wait for the first bong before starting the engine.
The car doesn't display any problems when the second bong sounds nor does the car drive any differently.
Has anyone else had this??? because its driving me mad
Cheers
Marc

Congrats on your 100th perhaps her maj will send a card
Re the 2 bongs, I have had this, it is when another items boots up. Don't think it is a worry job yet. Maybe one bong too many is better than one bong too few

I get this sometimes, I am not sure, but it seems to coincide with the auto headlamps switching on. Its a bit darker in the mornings now.

You're just showing off now aren't you. Just because both you and RLD had a synchronous turn on, on the way back from Rockingham Coffeecup

Careful - or the "hoi poloi" will get the wrong idea.
Don't quite know what to say about that - Hang on, I'll ask the wife about this turning on together, and see what she thinks.

The question has been asked before. Are the two bongs the same tone, or a high tone followed by a low tone?
