I have an 07 HSE so what can I realisticly do with the IID tool... can they attend to the FBH as I think I may of caused an issue with mine today whilst fitting a FBH controller.
I assume they'll work ok with a Nexus 7 tablet.? or if need be with my Sony Z3 smartphone (sorry, I'm not an apple man)New D3 Owner.. every day it starts is a bonus but any bongs or beeps are heart-stopping.

Outside of any group buys, LR Direct usually seem to offer the best price on the IID. The one you've linked to is the correct GAP tool - it's just badged as Britpart.
Can't help on the Android equipment compatibility I'm afraid. There are some details on the GAP website, but it's pretty vague. I guess there are just too many variations to be sure.Darren

Thanks for the quick reply..
Why are these badged / labelled as Britpart.. did they have some kind of exclusive licence on these.?
will this be the latest version 'firmware' and if not can they be upgraded.?New D3 Owner.. every day it starts is a bonus but any bongs or beeps are heart-stopping.

Yes, Britpart had a licence, but that seems to have come to an end now. They can be upgraded to the newest firmware when first registered,Darren

Needs to have four of those blue teeth.
And Nexus 7 will work but has to be the later (2013) model.“There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

Yes, the FBH is covered - codes, live data and prime and self-test routines. Fault codes, plenty of live data, suspension calibration/height change/control, transfer box and SAS calibrations, autobox adaptive reset*, EPB functions, key programming, CCF editing*, ECU flashing*.
Always improvements on their way too...
