Starting Issues
Last cold snap claimed the battery so fitted a new one to the right spec etc and it was all good until the weekend when the temp dropped again and on trying to start the beast up it was reluctant to fire and took two attempts and therefore two heats. Fired up and was smokey (white) for a second or two then fine. Drove as normal. No reluctance to turn just to start. I m assuming glow plugs but know they are a to do. Is my suspicion correct? They will have all failed gradually, but you won't have noticed before, as it wasn't cold and the engine didn't rely on themMy D3 Build Thread

Pete, I have a similar tool. I have used it to drill one out of a disco and a 1.9D Vectra.
I found just take time and make sure straight. Vehicles

Ive not even tested mine, but it is a bit rough at startup but im adopting the "head in the sand" approach while all is still working lol
