my enthusiasm has been tempered by the ever practical SWMBO who pointed out that it's in term time, so we'd have to abandon the children for 2 weeks..... come to think of it

And a week and a half afterwards there are the Swedish national club meet. August 4-7, in the south of Sweden, between location for SOT-1 and Helsingborg. Besides camping, there is greenlaning and off-road opportunities there.
Next year, in early August 2017 there will be a big 30th anniversary meet in Sweden for the national LR club.
