This could all have been sorted by a reply to my commercial posting reminder (I received none) letting me know what the situation was. Instead I was left in the dark 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

That's simply not true Rob - you ignored me and then posted up loads of parts and looms after saying on the forum that you wanted to start a conversion service.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Old wings etc were already up for sale Martin,
Check posting dates, all this started after I made an adapter that was to the benifit of the members,
As said please remove all my post threads and as my access to the wiki is already not working, all my wiki docs too please s I request them removed.
The sites of all the forums I have really enjoyed being part of, but when it's not about the sharing of ways to do thinks for the members anymore I am off.FFRR SC 4.2

Rob I do not doubt you have added significant information over the years.
That, however, does not give exemption from the commercial posting rules.
Selling your own parts is fine; selling for profit is not - you need to be sponsor. That's been a constant here for the last 10 years.
No sudden change, no different policy.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Seems to me there may have been a bit of misunderstanding here and a private chat could sort things out ..... maybe?
FWIW although copyright of forum contributions generally belong to the poster, on most forums once you post you grant the forum right to use that post without any restrictions.==================================

Take a chill pill robbo.
Then ffs talk to martin. If you are not making much money out of the kits I am sure martin will negotiate a sponsorship deal in proportion to your turnover. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

If this happened at work I would say communicate communicate communicate. I hope this is resolved and Rob and his content remain on forum and the commercial rules remain in place and clear to all.2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.
Would be sorry to see you go, Rob. I hope you can resovle the situation aimiably.

In all fairness, the site rules are pretty clear. You cannot sell anything for profit, unless you are a site sponsor
You bought bits in for your own car, fair enough. I expect the issue is in the manufacture and sale of your headlight conversion looms, though I will admit I missed the threads going missing on FFRR

to clarify that this has absolutely nothing to do with any forum sponsors....
the reason that your 'for sale' threads have been pulled Robbo is because you are breaching the commercial selling rules and you have ignored Martins pm's ....
Seems clear cut, but there is clearly something else going on behind the scenes
