I'd reject the car...
One or two issues could be down to being missed on the pdi, however theres too many to be acceptable...If it ain't broke... Take it apart anyway, how else you gonna find out how it works

JLR site shows this as a £60k car without options. That vehicle should be perfect in every way. I know what I would be doing

I think your average Lada would have less faults than that!

All the OP's car needs is the rubbish surround cam screen to get a full set of steak knives.

How many faults ?......
Anything more than zero
Item
1) would have been enough for me...rejection
2) was it the gauge or the engine at fault ?.... more likely to be the engine.....rejection issue to me
Items (3) to (7) are relatively minor as individual issues collectively just not on
Note the PDI is an inspection only not a line side correction procedure beyond line side & final inspection
It doesn't bode well for J/LR.....not good at allBREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

I've got two of your problems plus 4 more different ones including a worrying intermittent loss of drive.
Never even thought of rejection until I read this though. I've had so many d3/4s I've come to expect a snagging list which when I think about it is plain wrong on any car but especially so on a £65k+ car MY06 S - Gone but not forgotten

Reject. No question. Tough, but you'll never be happy with it as it is. I had a lemon once. It was a nightmare for 2 years.PAGODA

At this time ... rejection may be a problem, unless willing to move to another Marque ..... or, of course, if you are willing to accept the meagre offerings Land Rover now have for the Discovery.....2016MY Discovery HSE - Black

I was unhappy with the heated window issue but resolved to let the dealer change it. Normally I am a moaning yes so tried to be a bit more measured but the water leak is the last straw. Thanks for your views.

I wouldn't have none of that, so much for the PDI checks.
I would also reject the car considering you have paid top dollars for it.
