do they will bolt straight up without spacers and modifications to brake lines etc?

Yes, straight swap. You will need either new, or removal of backplates, as the discs are bigger My D3 Build Thread

4 pots are your limit with 19" wheels

And even then, most D4 wheels won't clear the 4 pots without spacers, or D3 wheels...
