2007 Discovery 3 TDV6 GS Manual Java Black

Front wheel bearings

Has anyone replaced just the bearing, and not the complete hub assembly. I fancy having a go at fitting the bearing, also has anyone got the Timken part number for front wheel bearings.
Or am I just being daft.

Front, your being daft.... It's a complete assembly. Even if you can get the right spec bearing, you won't easily get it apart and more importantly back together in one piece... Bodsys Brake Bible

2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Buckingham Blue

There is no separate bearing as such , part of the mounting members are the bearing track.
