Hi, i need some help with my COD....

It was working on Thursday, but fired it up on Friday and is now showing --:-- on the display?

Any ideas on how to get the time back up?

Thanks,

It means you battery has gone low, hard rest cures it, either battery leads or the IID reset Thumbs Up

Just checking, is that touching the pos and neg leads together?

How long does it need to be done for and will it reaset anything else, like engine remaps?

Yes touching the two leads NOT BATTERY together, will not upset anything else, it will reset ypu mileage trip and mpg, but. Guess they have already if the clock is off

The mileage and MPG are still ok?

Just a thought, i have had a leak on the front left sunroof drain, had all the trim out in the passenger footwell on Thursday. the footwell was swimming in water. There isn't an earth in that area that could have effected the COD is there?

Hard reset sorted it, thanks guys for your help, bit worrying, if the battery had gone low, it's nearly new?

The D3 is a very hungry beast when it comes to battery power - simple things like leaving doors open, having the radio on whilst engine off etc will soon take the battery down, nearly new or not Whistle
