Hiya buddy !
How’s your back ?
Well nothing to report. Everything is sat in the garage, arms, bushes, steps, intercooler, brand new back brakes, various other parts. Just haven’t had the time. Been up to my neck in work and to top it off a builder I did about 6k worth of work for has gone through the hoop and looks like I’m not going to get paid so as a result I’m working all hours to get money in to pay my merchants off on top of everything else. The stones on some people I telll you.
How are things with you mate ? Jarrod

Hi fella
Oh , I’m sorry to hear that, hope it gets sorted out and ur not burning the candle at both ends , know when I worked for myself in how late payments or people not paying really affected the business
Fingers crossed ur soon be back on the road with that famous D3 grin
Me, climbing the wall, been taking the second hand engine loom apart to get the heated windscreen jet loom out , just doing a little bit when I can, left it on the table so can go back to it when I can
Hoping that over time it will improve but a lot of pain still there , candy always finds a comfy place though as all I can hear is her snoring
Will look out for any progress as I imagine ur also itching to get working on the disco as soon as u can
Have a good one buddy

Hiya budd,
Glad to hear your doing a little better. Agreed regarding payments. It’s a total pain sometimes as it can really affect cash flow. Bro in law had lately started to get really ruthless with some customers not paying. Some he’s even handed to bayliffs etc.
Unfortunately yes I’ve had to put some long long hours in, last week I was up and out Thursday at 5:30am (doing a big bathroom and tiles down Carmarthen) had to finish the tile work so worked till 1:30 am on Friday. Back up at 7:30 and back at it. Got home 11:30 Friday night.
Your right, itching to get on with mine. Regarding plugs I will have a look but I know it’s a few injector plugs, a couple of the others on top, oil temp sensor plug, i’ll Get some pics,
Haven’t forgotten my side project for you by the way mate !
Hope your ok.

Hi mate
Many thks, must admit it does help that spring is now on its way and seeing the sunshine again
Yep I know that feeling when customers would call u out in the middle of the night then start haggling over the price when you’ve informed them before hand, useto drive me nuts , I would on occasion say I’ll remove the part and ur be left the same as before , they soon paid up but as I was a sole trader I had to indeed be firm but fair , was only a small percentage who took the
Would be so awesome to have a ramp to make life considerably easier
Bless u kind sir and don’t be daft as I know ur chasing ur tail , yesterday will do , but joking aside , can’t even begin to say how grateful I am , thks a million
Fingers crossed it won’t be too much longer till u can start again, I’ve been spending the time working things out etc , the HD wiper puller turned up today so can at a later date have another go at getting these seized arms off, at the same time will paint the scuttle panel and install the heated jet loom
Will also take some piccies when I start
Speak soon buddy and hope ur able to get some down time

Give the car a run over the weekend, keep getting a water in fuel message come up even though I have the later euro 4 fuel filter the sensor isn’t there. I’m guessing someone has binned it previously. Any ideas ?
Also had this code which I haven’t seen before ?

Hi buddy
Is the tcm and ecm modules ok, plus the other one that’s the rotary terrain response dial , are the plugs ok and not come loose or not seated correctly
Wonder if u have to replace the fuel sensor
Has the transfer case been recalibrated
Hopefully the other more experienced members will know
Know that’s not much help , hope all is going to plan

I broke the filter water sensor on mine and just unpluged it. Run the car without it and I get no error codes.

Hiya guys.
I’ve cleared the codes and run the car so far they haven’t come back up. Fingers crossed.
Trying to clear some time to work on the car this week.
Trying to search the forum for the thread that had the correct timken bearing numbers for the front diff drive ones and the rear hub ones. I’m useless. Jarrod

HI buddy ! Unfortunately the water in fuel one has returned. I did see a thread about the filter housing itself being at fault. Mine has no sensor fitted. It’s missing. As is the cover plate. (Euro 4 type) so looks like the best option is to replace the housing etc complete.
As always buddy Thankyou for the info ! I’m crap at digging for things.Jarrod
