Agreed..it's rubbish.
Mine's been in a couple of times, had a few bits changed but nobody can get to the bottom of it.
The strange thing is, when someone is in the passenger seat, it works fine. I kid you not.

Occasionally lose Digital signal but on the whole, OK and has been for 5.5 years

Fm has always been fine for me and DAB the same apart from when in certain areas where it loses the signal Cheers Ian

Must be me - never really had issues (loses signal when going cross country up through Borders on way to Edinburgh - but that's it)

FM is fine but DAB drops out in a few places (but so did my old car), personally I think DAB reception is crap and has a long way to go before it can replace FM

For me the DAB issue is twofold ...which I have experienced on both D4's
....in certain specific locations like for example, the zebra crossing on the roundabout in Cobham or halfway down the High street in Weybridge, it will drop out for a few seconds every time without fail no matter what channel.
Then there are a few days in the month where it's impossible to listen at all and I have to revert to FM.
