When I first got the car it poured in thought the sun roof drain but I cleared it out and made sure water was running away down the drain and coming out the bottom near the wheel arch but I am still getting a wet carpet and it seems like its from under the carpet not dripping on top as it was when I first got it. I have replaced the outside A pillar trim and it still does it. I have checked near the fusebox above the foot-well (passenger-side by the way) and its dry as a bone ! Where else could it be coming from ? As you can see in the pics its in the middle of the foot-well.

Check the pollen filter, see if it's getting wet.
There's a hole behind the scuttle panel that might need looking at as it can cause the issue you're having if memory serves me correctly.
There can also be an issue with the door seal too.Mods:

Hi fella thanks , pollon filter is dry, what about the door seal ? It seems worse when car is facing down the drive and because of the side slope it all runs to passenger side . It still lets water in even when parked facing upward but not as bad.

Seem to remember a thread where the door seal at the side of the glovebox was prone to leaking.
A search should find it. Mods:

I THINK I KNOW THE PROBLEM,get a bottle of water put some bright food colouring in, then pour into the sunroof drain, then look under the carpet,i bet you see colour, sunroof drain pipe come off at the innerwing and seeping down to the carpet, not an easy fix buy doable
