Deffo taking the key out of the ignition and I haven't plugged my IID in for about 2 months and it was working fine last week so pretty sure I haven't fat fingered something through that.

It is a bit confusing!

The lock / unlock buttons work?
And you can't programme it to open the tailgate or anything else?

The key/s work perfectly fine. And I'm doing everything as you're supposed to to program the key. I do change the 3rd button program every 6months or so depending on my needs. Never had an issue in the past.

I've tried all the different available options to program it also. I only actually noticed it because I went to reprogram for the boot release as mine has started to become a bit iffy.

I'll try a query again and hopefully not get hijacked .....
What wiggs has found I have found too with mine (MY14)
FMHRL shows as enabled with iiD but doesn't work.
Headlights turn on & off with button presses but no reverse activation.
Is it worth setting to disabled and then back to enabled?
Is there any other tricks for MY14 or 15 to get FMHRL working?

Cheers,
Scott

What happens if you have a fuel burner connected to the keyfob. mine works on the third button. So to activate the fuel heater i press the 3rd button once then again within a few seconds to start the process. Can i still have the function to use the 3rd button for the reverse lights with my setup.... Thumbs Up

Just searching this. I have only just realised my reverse lights come on, on the second press and thought it was a fault. I also thought I had a dodgy fob. Up until now to start my fbh, I've been pressing fob for lights on, press again, but lights still on, then press again and lights go off and fbh starts. This seems to work, so yes you can have reverse lights with fbh but it needs 3 presses.

I guess the FBH controller is waiting to see the transition lights off-lights on-lights off as you say you need to press 3 times to achieve that when you have follow me home reverse.

I understand this procedure for the lights but it also starts my FBH up as well when i do not need it on.I have it setup with my LR button
1st press front lights on
2nd press within 10 secs FBH starts and Rear lights on.
How do i stop FBH from starting when i do not need it... Thumbs Up

Let the lights stay on for more than 10 seconds and it won't fire the FBH up. Thumbs Up
