I can confirm the dealer software update sorted my reverse camera over exposure issue. Image now spot on.
Not sure which update it was (mine is MY14 not 13) but I showed them a print of the tech info at the top of this thread and they applied an update and it all now works properly.
This was on a retrofit OEM camera supplied and fitted by the excellent Bodsy.
That's excellent news Matt, thanks for updating this.
When I get a chance, it would be great if I can get another ecu listing and CCF read to see if we can determine what the actual update was.
Will keep in touch. Bodsys Brake Bible

Duckworths refused to do this for me on Tuesday as it didn't fault when they tried it. I guess that is why they call it an intermittent fault. No doubt the fault will return as the warranty expires.

That's annoying. Luckily for me, mine was completely consistent. Overexposed when Reverse selected but ok when transmission in Neutral and camera selected manually on screen, so the issue was easy to demonstrate.
I noticed that the update to the head unit also introduced a few other new options - the screensaver images, themes and maybe other items too. I haven't spent much time investigating...
