Hi
Just bought a discovery 3 & want to look after basic servicing myself!
Would anybody be willing to help in exchange for Beer tokens or good old hard cash!
I'm looking for someone to show me the basics of oil, filter changes, pollen filters, disk & pad changes.
Would be willing to travel a reasonable distance from Sheffield if you would prefer for me to come to you.
I'm not a complete Dummy but would prefer to be able to do the basics rather than just dropping it off at the garage, & in the long run save a few quid (not trying to do Land Rover service centre out of a job)
Looked at the Hayes manuel but would prefer someone to point n press so I don't cock anything up.

I'll tell you how to do the pollen filter for free.
Just done it myself after thinking I didn't have one and then discovering how to change it.
There are also good how to guides in the Wiki to guide you through some of the routine stuff.
Download a copy of the Bodsy, brake bible as well.
