The only way to do it with that max elevation is to put the jack under the suspension arm. To jack on the chassis needs more lift.

I like both wheels in the air when I rotate tires, a 3 ton aluminum jack under the frame by the front door. The jack is fully extended, but tire is off the ground. Then I place my spare 2 1/2 ton aluminum jack under the rear bottom shock, it only need a few pumps, as most of the weight is in the front. I found the bottle jacks does not extend high enough, and they don't have a long handle to push under the car.

eventually I found the photo I was looking for on AULRO.

I tried it and it does work, tyre goes off the ground.

clearance to get the jack under the arm may be an issue, so I am also packing a piece of wood that I can drive over to get some clearance.
