T Track System
I've been offered a roof rack that requires the D3 to have a T Track system
I'm not totally sure what that is, can anyone confirm that this has the tracks fitted?
Thanks
Mike

T track is the track that's on top of the roof rail that would run across the car (as opposed to the rails down the sides). It means that things like roof boxes and probably bike racks can fit into the T track and be clamped down, rather than a clamp needing to wrap right around the bar to secure it..
I have a roof box and system works very well. Fitting the roof box is tricky first time around but once all is lined up, putting it on the car next time around is much easier.MY2012 D4 HSE Nara Bronze with some extra stuff

Apple products, if that's what you are using, may present odd orientated pics.21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

I stick by that statement
that rack was really heavy and the one in your photos looks similar. it was also very un-aerodynamic and caused a massive amount of drag and hence increased fuel consumption.
I would pay a little extra and look at the others available ie
LandRover Expo Rack
Fronrunner
Prospeed etcDuncan
