gear box flush/ metal sump

just planning for the new year and looking to get the gear box flushed. spoke to one garage who said it would be best to change the sump to a metal one at the same time. cost £712. is it best to change the sump filter or just get the box power flushed. 119k miles.

I would get it all done. They say to change the filter at 150,000 miles. I have the new metal cover and separate filter which I'll be changing out myself soon. I have 138,000 on my truck. I also did the filobox tranny flush at 120,000 miles.
