Can the engine be removed without lifting the body

Hi , as above ,
Is it possible to remove the engine without lifting the body ? Now that i have ascertained that the turbo has totaled the engine the engine needs changing . I moved to French Alps after running a garage in the UK but the word has got out . Hence asking if the engine can come out of the front as i don't have access to a lift .

It does come out the front, but its much longer and much more fiddly to do with the body in place...

I do remember taking the sump and oil pick up pipe off, to clear the steering rack...
