Bluetooth Phone and Audio - D4 MY 14

Hi all

Struggling to get music / podcasts to play in 'my music' > Bluetooth, whilst also having phone connected by BT for calls.
Keeps giving me a message saying 'turn on Bluetooth audio in settings' but for the life of me can't work out how. Settings soft key only shows bass/treble and fader options - nothing to do with BT..
Any help appreciated
