Loud groan from steering

Loud groan from steering

I've already got a whirring noise and vibration from the steering wheel inside the car, now I'm getting a loud groan from the front of the car when steering quickly.

It's in the dealer soon for its first service but anyone have any ideas about this before they feed me with their bulls**t ? Velar MY18 D180 S Narvik

It's never too early for problems with brakes and wheel bearings and, at 15k miles(?) I'll bet they call it normal wear & tear Rolling Eyes Went for a job as a human cannonball. Not the right calibre.

Groan noise on steering

I had a similar noise on my D3 which was only cured by replacement steering rack I know have a D4 steering rack no groan. It was a worn part inside I cant remember which bit they named done under warranty at dealer. I am allways assertive when dealing with dealers service personnel not rude but I make sure they know I am not accepting "they all do that" they should not.
