This in my experience in nearly 3 year and 65000 miles in a 2012 8-speed D4. It seems pretty consistanly poor! To be fair it is a mix of short runs on rural roads and across fields or fast blasts up motorways, with a bit of towing. I do very little 50 mph crusing on A-roads.
I didn't have the Road Trip app for my 2009 6-speed D4 but it didn't give significantly results, either better or worse, over 3 years and 60000 miles.
My dilema at the moment is whether to chop it in when the warranty runs out in a couple of months or extend the warranty and wait to see what happens regarding the 'D5'.

its part of the trip comp - you can set two different trip comps, and set in MPG or L/per Km
the button the end of left hand stalk lets you scroll through whats displayed on screen between the speedo/rev counter

Ah, thanks very much for that, that's the bit I'd not worked out!

My current one has become more economical after passing through the 30k mark, by a good 2-3 mpg, some others have reported the same.
I sold both the RRS and other D4 just before the 30k mark.D4 Landmark MY16 Santorini Black THE LAST
