2010 Discovery 4 3.0 TDV6 XS Auto Stornoway Grey

Upgrade Infotainment system

I have a Disco 4 2010 and have recently seen the new Infotainment system on the 2015 disco. Is there anyway to upgrade to this? is it a software upgrade or both hardware and software?
