HELP!

Confused I was driving to work this morning, stopped at the store. When I turned my truck back on I had no volume control. I can use the mode button on steering wheel to change from FM to CD AUX ect.. And I can use the FM AUX CD and AM selectors on the head unit, but the volume is off and both volume controls are non funtional and the number pad is non functional in the FM mode for station preset selection for example... any Ideas? Tried to look at fuse configs, but nothing was in the owners manual about the radio. I know NOTHING about electronics.... Cannot stand to drive without music, too much traffic!. Help please!
Respectfully-
William

You could force it to reset by disconnecting the battery for around 10mins...

AS THEY SAY, "time heals all wounds" i went outside to disconnect the battery hubs, and out of curiosity, i stuck the key in the ignition and all was well.... hmmm. well it always has had a mind of its own.
