Heard a clunk yesterday and the following is now flashing up on the screen in sequence. Had the transmission changed by LR in February, could it be linked?

oh no - a few of us have seen these errors when we've had batteries not quite up to the job over frequent small journeys - i'd check charge and if low, get it charged/ replaced.

Those more mechanical than I would probably be able to offer more assistance if you completed your profile - D3 ? D4 ? Manual/Auto ?
If it is battery it may need a looong charge, overnight at the very least.
