Passenger side doors won't open

I have sold my 2005 HSE to a friend who is collecting next wednesday. Both nearside doors will not open either from key fob or even from inside and I've tried all the usual tricks of pulling the black handle and pressing dash button but nothing works. Both doors has got progressively worse over the last week as at least I could open them from inside a few days ago but today both are stuck shut. I want to get to the wiring loom on the passenger side so does anybody know how I can open the doors to do so? Even the emergency lock on the passenger door won't work either.

Try it again with the engine running. Sometimes the extra voltage makes all the difference to a tired actuator.

Thanks Robbie, I've been outside for over 4 hours chargin the battery and tried just about everything including with the engine running but no luck. Wha baffles me is the fact that the passenger side emergency lock does not work and I don't want to force it as it feels like I will break the key. I've oiled it but it won't budge either.
I think my Disco of the last 5 years seems to know that I have bought a newer version and, like a spurned woman, is taking revenge as she knows she's got to go Rolling with laughter

Ok, next try disconnecting the power for the good locks.

Robbie,
I'll have to carry on with this tomorrow morning. I'm not sure how to disconnect the power from the two good doors which are the two offside doors?
Normally I would contact Geoff. who looks after my Disco but he is on a cam belt weekend with Flack and probably into his 4th pint by now Rolling with laughter so I shall keep trying various things tomorrow.
Just out of interest what's the next step after disconnecting the good doors?

With the good doors disabled more power will be available for the remaining bad locks. Beyond that you are looking at jumping the bad locks with the all good locks disconnected. With manual jumping you can apply lock power for longer than the BCM would, but at the risk of burning out the actuators. Accessing the lock power for the bad doors at the CJB/BCM is not much fun either.

Beyond that you are looking at removing the door card from inside. Not fun, but it can be done.
