Which Land Rover experience location?
Received a voucher with my D4 recently but not booked anywhere as yet, I'm in merseyside and can travel to quite a few sites but not picked one yet.
Which one should I go to? Think it comes down to either Solihull or Eastnor Castle.
Thanks in advance.

I did an Experience day at Eastnor Castle. It was brilliant some nice challenging areas. If you book there try and ask for Derek Moore as your instructor. He is great fun and will put you through your paces.

I've done Eastnor a few times for various things including training and self drives as well as an experience.
It's a very good place and you will enjoy it - but Solihull has some very good tracks too I'm told (Its my local one and I've never been!) and I was told today that it has the best Rock climb of any in the UK. Mark.

I did the Yorkshire one at he Coniston Hall recently and it was brilliant. The instructor (I forget his name now) was really good. I told him I had a D3 and he tailored the day to suit and told me of any differences there was between my D3 and the D4 I was driving. It has just moved to a new location, but he was telling me how good it is going to be there, so may be worth a punt. Wherever you choose, I'm sure it will be brilliant.

Honiton, will be your nearest, my father-in-law invited me to join him following his purchase of an Evoque. It was a good course, but nothing like the one at Solihull (although it was a long time ago I was there).Andy

To anyone who's received a voucher with their new Disco, does it cover just the driver, or does it pay for (non driving) passengers too?
John.

I am sure someone else will have the answer, I have tried looking online without much success, but I went on a half day course as a driver with my father-in-law after he bought his Evoque. As far as I am aware he didn't pay extra for me to go, or if he did, he didn't tell me Andy

Invitation is for named person plus up to 2 guests ( although some centres will recommend plus one if going out in an Evoque or Discovery Sport)
Don't believe you can opt for Solihull if you have a complimentary invitation but happily to be corrected.
You can also choose any vehicle you like, so if you've already done an Experience in a Discovery you could opt for another vehicle or a Discovery at a different centre.

Thanks Andy and Markate.
I was lucky enough to do the Devon one after I'd just bought my first FL2 new in 2011. It's a nice place, but I'd quite like to try somewhere new. The only problem is that even the Devon one is around 80 miles away, while the others are at least a million miles from Cornwall!
Oddly, I'll take a Disco - just like the FL2 before, I'd like to learn how to use if properly

Has anyone done the one in Scotland?
I've done Solihull, Eastnor, Cheshire and East of England.
Solihull and Eastnor were great had FFRR for both of them.
Cheshire was ok. Wouldn't go back myself had a RRS there.
East of England was fun. Had a Defender there and the instructor was a good laugh.
Solihull has some great tracks as it is more purpose built to show off the cars abilities.Ian
