T-track and fitting of altera BIKE Lift

I'm interested in the altera bike lifts flagged by captain_sugar http://www.roofbox.co.uk/scripts/rbvehsel4...&qty=1

They seem to need an adaptor and the options listed are for rails/cross bars with T-track or 32 x 22mm without T-track. I have standard LR roof rails and crossbars. I note the rubber can come out of the cross rails revealing an inverted 't' shape. Is this what is meant by a T-track. Can anyone advise me?

Thanks, Richard

T Track

Hi,

Yes, the standard LR roof bars are T Track ones. The adapters you need for these are the 20mm ones.

John hi and many thanks - that's good news.

Now I just have to decide if 2 x £173 is not too much to carry two cycles on the top......?

Cheers
