mine are "defo"blank-off the only problem with removing the plug is unless the lens can be split drilling will leave a lot of Censored on the lens /front glass

Yep, I also did this using the original side-light bulbs when replacing them with LEDs. As others have said, results are not brilliant, just different. But if anything can help all the blind gits that seem to be able to get driving licences these days to see me then it's fine with me!
