Rear seats buckle.

Hello guys.

My D3 has all 3 rear bukles (2nd row, 5 seatter, 35,30,35) without theblack plastic covers. Yes, only the metal and red button are there.
I bought used, last december, it is a S, TDV6, 2006.
Not a clue what happened to all 3 loose the cover but, does anyone know where can I buy only the covers?
Is it a common thing to happen?
