Nope, very easy, just stick a small screwdriver or similar through the middle of the badge and lever it off The End

No not at all .i just pushed a plastic trim tool under it and pushed it off . Cleaned of the glue with tar and glue remover ,warmed it up and stuck the new one on Thumbs Up You're not afraid of the dark are you ?
