Hi guys anyone got a thread link on how to get it out of the tank please , I've searched but can't find ,

It's ok I've done it , with twisting and pulling Wink
Didn't help that the tanks still nearly full of deisel

Buy a drill pump from toolstation.com for less than £5 and pump it all out into jerry cans. That's what I did, there's no way you'll get the tank bolted back if it's full, as it heavy.
You can also use the pump to put it all back in when you're finished.
